As senior leader with over 25 years’ commercial experience, I’ve seen and done quite a bit, with the battle scars to prove it. I’ve spent decades working in-house, client-side and agency, and I know what it takes to deliver the ultimate in success.
I am consistently recognised for my ability to quickly navigate complexities and deliver solutions that work both operationally and strategically, rallying the team to bring everyone along on what can only be a collective journey towards success.

In recent years, I’ve come to realise that you can’t force innovation, creative thinking, effective communication or collaboration - and that the ‘lightbulb’ moment rarely occurs when chained to your desk.
