As senior leader with over 25 years’ commercial experience, I’ve seen and done quite a bit, with the battle scars to prove it. I’ve spent decades working in-house, client-side and agency, and I know what it takes to deliver the ultimate in success.

I am consistently recognised for my ability to quickly navigate complexities and deliver solutions that work both operationally and strategically, rallying the team to bring everyone along on what can only be a collective journey towards success.

I’m passionate about driving positive change and delivering long-term mutual benefit; I thrive on effective collaboration; I’m meticulous about good service and I value transparency. Curious by nature, I like to know the ‘why’ to see how best to help with the ‘how’.

In less than 18 months, I grew a global telecom account from £50k to £2m services revenue value.

Prioritising client satisfaction

Recovering client satisfaction (CSAT) to 89% from sub 70% low point following partner acquisition.

Reducing cost whilst improving experience

Successfully reduced pre-sales expenditure (by over 60%) and improved client experience through deployment of paid discovery service as part of wider agile project methodology roll-out.

Embracing change, transforming performance

Merged two separate Microsoft partners with different organisational cultures and offerings into a single unified delivery approach with benchmarked standards, project metrics and reporting, all whilst prioritising client satisfaction.

Self-serve benefit realisation

Delivered a contractual overhaul to enable better self-serve for sales and account managers, reducing sales cycle by ca. one month.
